We offer employer-paid group products as well as voluntary products paid by employees through payroll deduction. Many of our voluntary products are portable, so employees can keep coverage after leaving employment, often at the same rates, even if retiring or changing jobs. Many of our products may be purchased through a Section 125 (Flex) Plan that allows premiums to be paid with pretax dollars, saving money by reducing payroll taxes paid by both the employee and the employer.
