06.15.12 Our web claim submission will not be available from June 15th through June 30th. For all members moving to our new platform, you will be able to access our new website July 1st for online claims submission. For those members staying on our current platform, you will be able to access our current online claims submission as of July1st. Also on June 15th, debit cards will be disabled for members moving to our new platform. This does not include HSA accounts. New debit cards will be mailed to you between July 1st -9th. Your current debit cards will no longer work.
